Fiat Lux

Dixitque Deus: Fiat lux. Et facta est lux. Et vidit Deus lucem quod esset bona: et divisit lucem a tenebris.

And God said "Let there be light". And there was light. And God saw that the light was good, and he divided the light from the dark.

Fascinating story of a man who invented a way to bring light to billions of people in developing countries.

Meet Alfredo Moser.

And thanks to Cameron Sinclair -- who does amazing work through Architecture for Humanity -- I found out about Illac Diaz and MyShelter with the Liter of Light project, which also led me to the Litter for Light project -- all worthy organizations to support if you have a few extra coins.
